Low Profile Linear Actuator
The LoPro® low profile linear actuator is a perfect choice for long length and high speed applications. This versatile rugged system, built on Bishop-Wisecarver’s signature DualVee Motion Technology®, provides exceptional performance in a wide range of operating environments such as high pressure washdown, wood processing, clean room, packaging, metal chips, dirt and debris.
From low load to heavy duty and fast to slow speeds, our LoPro line offers four drive configurations: belt, chain, lead screw and ball screw. Belt drives feature AT style reinforced polyurethane belting with a linear accuracy of .008 in/ft. Lead screw drives feature lead accuracies to .0006 in/in and are repeatable within .0005 in. LoPro is also available as a complete non-actuated system.
LoPro is available in four sizes to accommodate axial loads to 3,526 lbs, speeds to 5.5 m/s and acceleration to 5 g’s. The system can be specified with multiple carriages, specialty wheels for extreme environments, right hand and dual shaft configurations, and a full range of accessories for a complete integrated package.
Complete systems include a choice of wiper or basic wheel plates and may be mounted or un-mounted. Support beams are available in aluminum or steel to meet application demands and to provide ease of installation. Gantry brackets are available to form complete LoPro gantry systems.A complete line of motor mounts are available to fit any manufacturer's motor or gearbox.
