FM-2001 Contour Trimmer
The FM 2001 Contour Trimmer is a separate machine from Fletcher's 2000 Series contour bander that is designed to trim the overhang associated with edgebanding. The machine is built on a heavy duty base, with a phenolic table to prevent marring on the panel surface. The upper trimming unit is adjustable from 1/2" through 2 1/4" maximum. The trimming motors are mounted on lineal bearings.
Motor power is 0.7 HP , 12,000 RPM with adjustable control for the inverter.
Pneumatic cylinder with foot pedal for raising and lowering of the upper trimming unit.
