Color Analyzer
Konica Minolta offers a spectrum of Color analyzers, which are any type of instruments that yield qualitative color information. There’s the CA-100Plus, a color analyzer which determines the brightness and whiteness of any given light source. This color analyzer is easy to use, extraordinarily accurate, and lightweight. The display of the RGB values allows the user to quickly and easily balance whiteness levels of the source. The CA-100Plus is also compatible with the CA-100 data and environment, which makes upgrading seamless. The CA-2000 2D color analyzer measures the luminance, distribution, uniformity, and chromaticity of a variety of light sources two-dimensionally using XYZ filters. The included software displays measurement data in an easy-to-understand, visual format. If you want to go all out, though, the CA-310 color analyzer is a high-speed, high-accuracy instrument that provides unparalleled accuracy for measuring LED-backlit LCD TVs. Conventional backlights such as fluorescent lamps provide relatively uniform light, however, the spectral emission distribution of LEDs has a marked unit to unit variance. The CA-310 overcomes this problem with color sensors that more closely match the CIE 1931 color-matching functions, offering supreme accuracy in measurement while simultaneously providing seriously high measurement speed, even at relatively low luminances. Konica Minolta brings you the height of quality with these color analyzers. Please browse the selection of devices below to find the right color analyzer for your needs.
CA-100PLUS Color Analyzer
The CA-100Plus is an extremely easy to use, highly accurate, and lightweight color analyzer which determines the brightness and whiteness of a light source.
The receptor head is simply held in front of the display light projection and measurement values are immediately displayed on the large screen. A rubber lip on the receptor head minimizes the effects of ambient light.
Measurements are displayed as luminance with standard color or color temperature values. Deviation from the reference value can also be shown on the screen. The display of the RGB values allows the user to quickly and easily balance whiteness levels of the source.
The CA-100Plus is also compatible with the CA-100 data and environment, making upgrading seamless.
CA-2000 2D Color Analyzer
The highly accurate CA-2000 2D color analyzer uses XYZ filters and high-resolution CCD to two-dimensionally measure the luminance, distribution, uniformity, and chromaticity of a variety of light sources. CA-S20w software (included) displays measurement data in an easy-to-understand, visual format with simple operation for various types of evaluation and analysis.
Interchangeable lenses (standard, wide, and telephoto) enable measurements of objects of various sizes. This instrument also features high-resolution 1 million pixels CCD and individual lens calibration using multiple focal points. This enables the user to diminish inaccurate results from responsivity fluctuations caused by the instrument’s sensors and optical filters and the lens itself.
CA-310 Color Analyzer
Building on the benefits offered by the Display Color Analyzer CA-210, the CA-310 offers even higher accuracy when measuring the LED-backlit LCD TVs which are becoming more and more popular. Although conventional backlights such as fluorescent lamps provide relatively uniform light, the spectral emission distribution of LEDs varies slightly with each unit. The CA-310 overcomes this problem with color sensors that more closely match the CIE 1931 color-matching functions, offering higher measurement accuracy while providing high measurement speed even at low luminances.
