First patented in 1954, our Omnitrack High Capacity "Double Recirculation" Ball Transfer Units offer maximum precision & smoothest performance. Machined from solid steel bar, this innovative design provides the highest load capacity & longest service life available. Many units are user-serviceable with a full factory spares backup and Material Upgrades available to solve specific application requirements:
Standard Materials: High grade AISI 52100 chrome steel balls & zinc plated carbon steel housing
-A Upgrade: AISI 440 Stainless Steel balls but other materials as standard
-Z Upgrade: 'Arduous Conditions': AISI 440 Stainless Steel balls & internal parts. "Anti-Oxide" finish to outer housing.
-SS Upgrade: 'All Stainless Steel': AISI 440 Stainless Steel balls & Internal parts. AISI 304 Stainless Steel Outer Housing
-PB Upgrade: Phenolic Resin main ball option available with 'Standard', '-Z Arduous Conditions' & '-SS All Stainless Steel' material options. See Technical Reference on page 10 of our catalogue for decreased Load Ratings.
