Light duty ball transfer units are ideal for conveying applications requiring ‘ball up’ orientation. Our pressed steel light duty ball transfer units are lubricated for life & most types have alternative material options to suit service in diverse operating environments. The LP ‘plastic’ units are non-magnetic, lightweight & offer complete corrosion resistance.
Standard Materials: AISI 52100 Steel Balls inside AISI 1040 pressed steel housing
-A Upgrade: AISI 420 Stainless Steel Balls but other materials as standard
-SS Upgrade: 'All Stainless Steel'. AISI 420 Stainless Steel Balls inside AISI 416 Stainless Steel outer housing.
-D Upgrade: Acetal (POM) main ball option. Consult Technical Reference on page 10 of our catalogue for reduced load ratings.
