Complete Engine Overhaul Kits
Includes: pistons, piston rings, piston pins, piston pin retainers, big end connecting rod bearings, main crankshaft bearings, thrust bearings, camshaft bearings, piston pin bearings, engine gasket and seal kit with head gasket, front crankshaft seal, rear crankshaft seal.
Note: This engine does not originally have replaceable cylinder liner sleeves. We can supply replacement cylinder liner sleeves that can be installed into the cylinder bore.

- Firing Order 1-3-4-2
- Head Bolt torque for proper sealing of head gasket: 11.5 to 12.5 kgf.m
- Note: A new head gasket is included in the engine gasket and seal kit
- Intake Valve Clearance (cold) 0.25MM
- Exhaust Valve Clearance (cold) 0.25MM
- Centrifugal Water Pump
This engine does not originally have replaceable cylinder liner sleeves. We can supply replacement cylinder liner sleeves that can be installed into the cylinder bore. Applications: Industrial, Construction, Excavating, Marine Propulsion, Marine Generator,
