Putnam Precision Molding specializes in injection molding of high performance engineered resins and mechanical drive components. Our Plastock Line of mechanical drive components includes: timing belt pulleys, roller chain, roller chain sprockets, spur gears and conveyor chain. Our engineering department has many years of experience in mold design and construction as well as material selection. It is of primary importance and concern that products manufactured in our facility, bearing the Putnam Precision Molding name meet or exceed our customer's expectations in every instance. In addition to molding we offer a number of value added services. By making these services available we can be your single source supplier saving valuable time and money by purchasing, stocking, performing secondary operations and sub/final assembly.
Products
Ensinger Putnam has an extensive line of stock shape tooling. This allows us to provide injection molded samples for machining prototypes so an accurate comparison can be made to a finish molded product. It is our goal to work with our customers from part inception through production. In this was we can provide our customers with tooling design advice as well assistance with material choice. PPM along with our many partners can provide a working prototype at a minimal cost prior to investment in tooling.
