SETCO manufactures 7 sizes of precision hardened way slides. Hardened way slides feature "box way" construction for heavy duty performance, rigidity and ruggedness with superior vibration dampening qualities. The hardened way slide design is good general purpose precision feed and positioning slide that will provide years of trouble free performance and deliver the highest quality performance.

HS Series
The HS Series Hardened Way is offered in seven standard slide widths; 7, 9, 12, 15, 18 , 24 and 32" in base lengths up to 120" (3m) and saddle lengths to 96" (2.4m). These slides are available in standard and custom models and factory assembled. Hardened way slides are commonly used for stand alone machines, shuttle devices, and general feeding applications. Standard SETCO HS slides are offered with a choice of saddle and base lengths in basic (no feed mechanism), ballscrew, hydraulic and air cylinder models. Custom HS slides are custom designed offering total flexibility in saddle and base lengths with a wider range of drive styles and accessories.
