MR43 Heavy Duty Rail System – MONORACE
The MR43 Series Heavy Duty Linear Bearing System is a high capacity long travel bearing system and is the largest and highest capacity of the MR family. MR43 rails are made of hardened, cold drawn carbon steel that is treated with the innovative T RACE NOX process which makes them highly corrosion resistant. The innovative rail/roller design purges contaminates from the raceways. The combination of contamination and corrosion resistance makes the MR43 the ideal linear bearing for harsh environments. Additionally, select MR43 Series Sliders have the ability to bear full loads yet float and rotate slightly in the rail preventing binding that can occur when traditional linear bearing systems are not perfectly aligned.

FXR43 Heavy Duty Rail System – FLEXRACE
FLEXRACE is a unique Linear Bearing Rail used with individual rollers to provide highly customized linear motion solutions. The 3 FXR bearing surfaces stand off from the mounting base making it ideal as a load bearing idler rail or on as a guiding system for heavy doors. The rail comes with the same High Corrosion resistant conversion treatment as the MR rails, and is pre-drilled for standard low head cap screws.
- 7200 N (1620 lbs) capacity per size 63 roller or 3600 N (810 lbs) capacity per size 43 roller
- 3 raceway surfaces for multiple roller orientations
- Rail lengths up to 4000mm (157 in) with splicing for longer lengths available
- Convex running surfaces to shed contaminates and water, tolerates contaminates very well

- Ideal replacement for shafting in many applications

LAX26 Economical Light Duty Linear Rail
The LAX Series is a stainless steel, light duty linear bearing system ideally suited for various medium/light load applications in marine, door track, product displays, and automation of various applications where high levels of corrosion resistance is needed.
- AISI 304 and 440C Stainless Steel construction
- 800 N (180 lbs) capacity per slider
- Rail lengths up to 3120mm (123 in) with splicing for longer lengths
- Provided with mounting holes for M6 or ¼-20 button head fasteners
LAZ26 Economical Light Duty Linear Rail
LAZ26 Series Rail is an economical, light duty rail. LAZ26 Rail is ideally suited for various medium /light load applications in product displays, door tracks, and automation of various intermittent duty applications. Rail lengths are available up to 3120mm (123 in) in Zinc plated steel. LAZ26 rail is typically pair with PAZ26 Series Roller Sliders and PCZ26/PEZ26 Rollers.
