These compact rugged oval gear flowmeters are designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. These meters are happy measuring simple water like products as well as lubricating fluids. There are several versions; some can have totally non-metallic wetted components, PEEK™, ceramic and a choice of elastomer which makes these the ideal choice for the metering of aggressive chemicals.

Hazardous Area Flowmeters
Oval gear flowmeters are designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. These meters are happy measuring simple water like products as well as lubricating fluids. There are several versions; some can have totally non-metallic wetted components, PEEK™, ceramic and a choice of elastomer which makes these the ideal choice for the metering of aggressive chemicals. For hazardous areas either the Namur sensor or the reed switch (simple apparatus) may be used.
Oval Gear Flowmeters
These compact rugged oval gear flowmeters are designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. These meters are happy measuring simple water like products as well as lubricating fluids. The standard inlet and outlet are BSP or NPT female threads, flanges are also available. For OEM use alternatives, including manifold mountings, are available. The standard models are 316 St St, aluminium, Hastelloy C and PEEK™.
High Pressure Flow Meters
Oval Gear meters for high pressures up to 700 bar. Meters deliver high turndown capability with uncompromising measurement performance. The low flow / high pressure applications require meters to be highly reliable and suited for the demands of high operating pressure and off-shore environments. Designed and manufactured to ISO9001 and calibrated to an uncertainty of ±0.25%.

Oil Flowmeters
Titans Oval Gear range of meters are as happy measuring simple aqueous solutions as they are measuring more viscous fluids such as lubricating oils and greases. Unlike other flowmeters, measurement accuracy with Titan oval gear meters improves as the liquid viscosity increases, from a nominal one per cent to around 0.1 per cent of flow rate at higher viscosities.

Flow meters for viscous fluids
The Oval Gear meter are manufactured in a choice of materials and pressure/temperature ratings to suit many applications and as with all positive displacement meters the performance improves with increasing viscosity, achieving an accuracy of ±1.0% of reading with higher viscosity liquids.
