Vishay Nobel
Formerly BOFORS ELECTRONICS, part of Nobel Industries, in 1990 there was a corporate name change to NOBEL SYSTEMS.
In 2000 Nobel was bought by Thermo Electron and became THERMO NOBEL.
In 2003 the Vishay Corporation bought a number of world wide Load cell companies including Nobel in Europe and BLH Electronics in the US and and they became VISHAY NOBEL and Vishay BLH. They are the Systems Division of Vishay Measurements Group.
The Systems Group manufactures Load Cells, Force Transducers, Pressure Transducers and associated Instrumentation for Force Measurement and Process Weighing Systems, including hardware, software, Installation and commissioning.
Other Brands within the Vishay Measurements Group include, Vishay Celtron, Vishay Sensortronics, Vishay Revere, Vishay SI and Vishay Tedea Huntleigh for Load cells and and Vishay Micro Measurements for Strain Gauges and Instrumentation.
