Profile Cutting
Profile cutter is a machine used for cutting shapes out of of various thickness and sizes of plate of most materials and metals. Using either gases oxygen/propane or acetylene or other gases can be used. Plasma cutting systems can be added. By means of a number of cutting torches: 1 to 1 line drawing or scanning system for teach trace when using a CNC or when downloading via USB or RS232 from a computer and using with appropriate cad software.
A starter model with a simple 8x4 size bed will suit the small workshop on a limited budget. Get your profile shapes cut in-house to save you time and money.
