Company Description
The company acts primarily as a system supplier for the international automobile industry in the sector of metal forming, manufacturing pressed parts and finished components and producing car bodywork tools. A second division manufactures process machines and equipment such as screening machines, magnetic separators, drying and cooling equipment for bulk goods and complete systems, in particular for the chemicals and foodstuffs industries, the stone/ore and wood industries and the recycling sector. This division
has sold more than 12.000 machines world-wide.
In the fiscal year 1998, the Allgaier Group, with 1,371 employees, achieved a turnover of 291.2 million DM. In addition to the parent company in Uhingen, the group includes the production companies Mogensen GmbH & Co. KG, Wedel/Hamburg, C. G. Mozer GmbH & Co. KG, Göppingen, AEF Ateliers d'Emboutissage de Faulquemont (France) and Fredrik Mogensen AB (Sweden). The group has marketing and engineering companies in Eastern Europe, Austria, Italy and the Benelux countries.
