Company Description
Applied Numerics and Design (Pty) Ltd is a mechanical engineering consultancy offering services in finite element analysis (FEA), mechanical design and failure analysis. We are able to take on small to medium sized projects and have the skills required to tackle specialized work in diverse areas of mechanical engineering. Being a small company with five highly specialised engineers gives us the ability to be flexible in our approach, allowing us to efficiently and cost effectively meet the requirements of our clients.
The A·N·D team comprises five members; two are registered as professional engineers with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), three have PhDs and two have MScs in engineering. Members’ specialities include fluid and thermal system design, metallurgy and manufacturing.
