D. WARREN & Associates are a firm of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers specializing in Building and Industrial services design and Project supervision, Township reticulation, Town Administration. D. WARREN & Associates is led by Professional Engineer DJ Warren and is staffed by 3 Professional Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and a drawing office of two. The Firm is a member of the South African Association of Consulting Engineers. We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance of R1,5m.
We believe that by properly designing, specifying and the letting of Tenders, that the Client can achieve cost competitive Electrical & Mechanical services as opposed to turnkey projects. Additionally the Principal Agent through the electrical Engineer runs the installations as sub contracts with full control. We therefore carry out the following :-
a) design to suit the specific needs of the client
b) document the design for tender purposes
c) request tenders and supervise contracts.
