Our annual production is more than 10,000tons.Our company occupies a 100,000 square meters campus, located in Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone, the largest metal abrasive manufacturing base in China, 7km to the Jinan-Qingdao express highway, 52km to Jinan, capital of Shandong Province.
Our company is backed by first class tech research and product development, has the advanced manufacturing equipments such as induction furnace, centrifugal atomizing machine. Our company produces high strength, long lasting cast steel shot and grit through double quenching and tempering. We have a complete line of product quality monitor methods, such as US ERVIN testing machine to test the product fatigue life, and Germany SPECTRO spectral analyzer to test the product ingredient. Our products meet SAE standard. Our company is ISO9001-2000 authorized and our products export to 16 countries and regions in the world like America, Europe and Japan etc.
