Company Description
We provide all aspects of grinding, regarding tool & cutter grinding.
Cylindrical grinding of tungsten carbide and silicon carbide, as well as the standard tool steel hardened shafts and pins.
(Grinding capacity of cylindrical grinder is 120mm swing X 240mm dia. X 800mm long.)
We can grind internally to a capacity of 200mm O/D, and are able to surface grind to a capacity of 1mm X 300 cross traverse.
We also have milling & turning facilities.
CNC Turning & milling machines are available for large quantities of work.
We supply: New Cutters, bearings, seals & new mechanical seals.
We repair and/or refurbish mechanical seals & supply gland packing and all spares.
We have access to a fully equipped ISO9002 listed machine shop.
