livecount offers a cost effective solution for tracking manufacturing processes and operators.

 

Developed in conjunction with local partners the system has been implemented on various types of machinery including eccentric presses, plastic injection moulding machines, bending breaks and CNC milling machines.

 

livecount units track the number of items produced by a machine as well as the time taken to complete an item. This information is sent, in real time, to our servers where it can be accessed by production managers; giving them an overview of their production facility from anywhere they have internet access.
