I am a specialist in identifying training needs and designing and implementing customised solutions. I train discipline instructors to deliver large scale training for established and greenfield sites.Re the latter I have worked at Wiggins Teape Fort William, Roche Products Dalry and Shell Expro Aberdeen.
To identify training needs I use competence gap analysis and task and targets default techniques.
I am also expert in my own technique called creative dialogue that helps companies create new ideas and innovative ways of working. It can be used to focus on one aspect of company operations such as quality or customer relations or in fact affect a total change process
