Company Description
Polyurethane and Plastic Products was established in South Africa in 1978. We manufacture products in polyurethane and plastic using methods of open cast and injection moulding.
Initially we only did custom mouldings, but have expanded the business to include a range of wheels, pallet rollers as well as other products (e.g. couplings, bushes, sifter pads, scrapers, pu rods).
The cast iron centres for the wheels are machined in-house from foundry blanks and then cast with a polyurethane tyre.
Non-standard wheels and rollers can be fabricated to customer specifications.
We also offer a service to PU bond wheels, rollers, rims and printing rollers.
