Since March 2008, Spartan Sheet Metal Works has been taken over by new management and investors incorporated into a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Tuscan Mood 201 Pty Ltd, to consummate a truly, 41% BEE compliant company (excluding the inherent BEE equity from OMLACSA) operating in the steel fabrication industry. Our major shareholders are Old Mutual Life Assurance Company South Africa (OMLACSA) and Kgahlisho Investment (Pty) Ltd, as a 31% BBE equity partner.
