Top Level KS Projects and Contracting CC was established in 2007 after seeing an opportunity that existed in the market of rope access industry. Therefore Mr. Khayelihle Mdletshe as an engineering rope access technician decided to form a company which will supplement the use of scaffolding, cherry pickers and sky jacks meaning a rope access company. The company is a 100% black owned.
