We have tackled complex land use planning projects, including master planning, mixed use projects, design review, land division, conditional use, comprehensive plan and zone changes, and access management. Westlake staff also provides on-going strategic support to a number of institutions in the Portland area for land use planning. ¨ Our civil engineering project managers approach every project with technical expertise, energy, and commitment.
