Fort Mill, SC - New BSC Curved Rail System uses low cost cam rollers running on an economic, standard cold drawn curved rail.
The large diameter rollers are made of sealed ball bearings, which can tolerate very harsh environments. The anti-friction motion is smooth, very quiet, and able to handle high speeds up to 8 meters per second depending on application specifics.
The novel design concept uses our standard rollers on a standard, modified rail that provides a curved linear rail system at a price, which is dramatically lower than any comparable products.
The BSC rails are specially treated with a post nitride oxidation coating for extremely high resistance to corrosion and can be supplied with stainless steel ball bearing rollers for demanding environments.
Most curved rail products force the designer to choose from a few available standard radii. The new BSC rails are produced in any radius required for your specific design.
