Action Equipment Company (AEC) is a forklift truck Specialist that offers clients a choice of sales, rental or repair of all brands and models of forklifts, reach trucks and side loaders.
According to AEC operations director Gary Davies, the company can offer any brand of forklift and only recommends equipment that best suites the customers' needs. "It's all about our clients' needs. In cases where a machine is working long hours, rental is a best for the client. Where it's working only three or four times a day, we would recommend that the client buys a good used machine with a warranty rather than hiring."
The company also offers clients a free 200-point check for the forklifts, with a full report that indicates the condition of the vehicles as well as estimates to repair and faults found during the testing. This affirms the company's commitment to providing safe operations for its clients.
An added advantage incorporated in its service, is driver training, load testing and regular inspections to see when parts are worn and must be replaced.
