Trying to rebuild and repair your old machinery can be like putting a puzzle together looking for missing pieces and trying to make them fit.
At RP Fletcher we rebuild machinery from the ground up, and can turn old machines in to new systems. We took an old heat laminator and built a paper to paper lamination line around it. We rebuilt the laminator, rebuild an old glue spreader, added an unwind and rewind system and made a new line. The customer saved more than 50% over the purchase of a new line.
We rebuild our own equipment as well as other makes. With over 100,000 square feet of machining capabilities, a rubber roller and pad department, chain manufacturing, and a diamond tooling shop on premises, we are prepared to rebuild, remanufacture, and integrate equipment and make like new lines.
