ELBAG Simp is a producer specialising in the manufacture of plastic CASES and HOUSINGS for ELECTRONICS. They are used for mounting electronic devices or in rack systems equipped with DIN RAIL (EN50022 - EN 50035). Elbag specialises particularly in DIN RAIL HOUSINGS.

Modular K

Modular Housing, (3,4,5,6,9 unit) for mounting on Omega Rail acc. To DIN EN 50022.
These are suitable to house analogue and digital instrumentation. Snap-in locking between base and cover.
The interconnection area is vented and can be open or covered with the relevant terminal holes.
Custom drilling on any side (windows, holes, slots).
Made in Blend PC/ABS class UL94V2 or, on request, in class UL94V0, in RAL7035 grey. Special colours on request.

Domotics

The housing ST is suitable for Building Automation, Domotics (Home Automation) and similar applications, where local terminals are installed on the wall ~ e.g. a wall-mounted socket or switch.
This series consists of a bottom and a front panel, with dimensions compatible with 2-and 3-modules devices.
This series is particularly suited for application in CIVIL, MARINE and HOTEL environments.
Custom drilling on any side. Made of Blend PC/ABS class V2 (on request class V0), in grey (RAL 7035) or black (RAL 7021).

Modular Housing HD

Modular Housing, (4, 6 and 9 unit), for mounting on Omega Rail acc. To DIN EN 50022.
Two electronic boards, at two different levels, can be housed thus doubling the available space.
Snap-in or screw-in locking between base and cover. Front panel grey, red or clear.
The interconnection area is vented and can be open or covered with the relevant terminal holes.
Custom drilling on any side (windows, holes, slots).
Made in Blend PC/ABS class UL94V2 or, on request, in class UL94V0, in RAL 7035 grey.

Vertical Dinrail

Housing for DIN-EN 50022-50035 rail, suitable for mounting one or two vertical printed circuits and/or to house connectors, faston or pluggable terminal strips (any pitch).
On the front side a plate with holes for leds can be added . Custom drilling on any side (windows, holes and slots)
Made of Blend PC/ABS class V2, or on request V0 (UL94), in green (RAL6017), in grey (RAL7035) or in black (RAL7021).
Special colours on request

Support

Housing for interface units, available in 43, 68, 72, 100 and 108mm width pcb. Suitable for mounting on DIN EN 50022- 50035 rails.The material is self-extinguishing polyamide, green (RAL 6017), grey (RAL 7035) or black (RAL 7021).
Special colours on request. Covers can be custom made, clear, black or coloured.

Wallmount

Small case, suitable to house electronic circuits.The cases, some with cover, are provided with mounting brackets, and are particularly recommended for small electronic devices.Custom working on any side.

Powerbox

Enclosures for power supply units, with plug in accordance with the most common standards in Europe.
The bases are equipped with four towers for p.c. board mounting, two cable fasteners and four holes for mechanical mounting.Custom working on any side.
