JATO Precision owns advanced air cylinder technology that minimizes air leakage by the unique air containing construction and by largely decreasing the clearance between the rotary and the stationary parts of the cylinder down to 0.0004” (0.01mm). And since the diaphragm chucks have no sliding parts to wear out, it is a commonly-known fact that the durability of diaphragm chucks is much longer than that of wedge hook air chucks. The changeable jaw pad (full-circle jaw) of JAP100 diaphragm chuck is made of hardened bearing steel to provide customers with a longer jaw life.
