MaPa Cleaning Technologies announces plans to conclude an equity partnership deal with Jala Capital.

This deal would see Jala Capital acquire a significant minority interest in MaPa Cleaning Technologies cc, with a view to not only boosting MaPa’s BEE credentials, but in so doing, also providing MaPa with an opportunity that will enable the company to call on the various in house administrative resources and widespread business contacts that Jala Capital has at its disposal.
Jala Capital will also be able to provide MaPa with a much needed platform for expansion, both within South Africa, and even more importantly, Africa. Having access to offices in countries around the African continent will provide a huge international distribution opportunity for the company.
Mr. Salala Lesela, Chief Executive Officer of Jala Capital (Pty) Ltd joined MaPa management to break the exciting news to the Gauteng based staff yesterday morning, which was received enthusiastically by all concerned.
