Hi-Therm – the Burner Makers – manufactures HIT Series pressure jet oil burners in the range of 10 to 600 LPH suitable for both light and heavy oils. Ideally used on steam boilers, hot air/water generators, hot mix plant, process heaters, etc, these are available in two models: On/Off (single stage) and Hi/Lo/On/Off (two stage) operation. The unit comprises of a burner head carrying burner assembly with oil nozzle, electrodes, diffuser, flame tube, etc. Hinge type door makes it more comfortable in maintenance. Centrifugal blower with hydraulically operated air regulator supplies the combustion air. The heating pumping filtering units plays the role of supplying the fuel oil with proper temperature and pressure to the burner. Control panel housed with electrical accessories for various motors, heaters is a freestanding desk type unit. A microprocessor based sequence controller with requisite timing for pre-purging, auto ignition, fuel controls, etc, makes it a fully automatic system. Photocell works as the flame supervisor and locks the burner in case of flame failure. Hi-Therm has been supplying these burners to various OEMs from the field of steam boilers, hot air generators, hot mix plants, dryers, etc. Nearly 850 units in the past 16 years are in operation in India and abroad.
