TARGET: In our Research and Development section we were able to develop a new range of water-soluble cutting oils, which meet the European Environment standards. Included in these researches, to develop our high-tech water-soluble cutting oils, was the perception of the ecology and the economy. The Research & Development of this new generation of water soluble cutting oils was done hand in hand with various metal working factories (Auto-Mobil, Machine, Steel Industries) in various countries.

 

RESULTS OF THIS TECHNOLOGY:

• The working period of the emulsion can be extended.
• The disposal costs are therefore reduced.
• Less emulsion consumption, due to the controlled emulsion particle size.
• No foreign products (e.g. Rust) caused by bacteria.
• Less of a burden to the environment and humans. Free of Nitrit, Phenol, PTBB, PCB, PCT, Formaldehyde and secondary Aminen.
• No “Monday morning smell”
• No stickiness or hardening due to residues from the water soluble cutting oils. Therefore one has a cleaner system (machine).
• No foam problems anymore.

AT THE FACTORY: We guarantee an exact, cost free analysis of the emulsion providing that the customer hands in the samples, at regular time intervals, in order for this procedure to be carried out in our modern laboratory. Our computer analysis reading will show any changes in the emulsion, in time for any action to be taken in order to extend the life span of the emulsion. (Care and attend to rather than to dispose of). We here at STRUB SA have a range of products that can be used in order to take care of the emulsion.
