Extruded Polypropylene

Extruded polypropylene tubing is the result of using an extrusion manufacturing process to pull the plastic through a die with a center plug, resulting in long pieces of tubing with a constant cross-sectional shape. The extrusion proces results in accurate tubes with a consistent thickness and surface finish. Extruded polypropylene tubing is often used in piping systems for moving fluids or gases, especially in applications where high temperature and high pressure are encountered. Polypropylene is also resistant to manner different chemicals and acids.
