Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering is the process of measuring and analyzing the characteristics and operation of a product. Reverse engineering if often used to make copies of a product for which a design does not exist or to determine how a competitor's product works the way it does. The process of reverse engineering makes us of 3D scanning processes and computer modeling to recreate the product of interest.
